User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TokenMoo (the "Service"), operated by AI Champion Limited ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a unified AI model API gateway that forwards your requests to third-party model providers and bills usage on a consolidated basis. Model capabilities, availability and outputs are determined by the respective providers.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials and API keys secure.
  • All requests made with your account or API keys are deemed to be made by you, and you are responsible for the resulting charges.
  • If your credentials are compromised, reset them immediately and notify us.

4. Top-ups, Billing and Refunds

  • The Service is prepaid. Balances are deducted according to actual usage.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the information shown on the purchase page. Verified billing errors caused by service faults will be corrected or compensated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others;
  • generate or distribute unlawful or harmful content, or use the Service for fraud, harassment or spam;
  • circumvent rate or quota limits, or attack or probe our or any provider's infrastructure;
  • resell or sublicense the Service without authorization, or evade a provider's terms of service.

We may restrict or terminate your account for such conduct.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party model providers, third-party login providers and third-party payment processors. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms; see the Privacy Policy for the list.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's interface, documentation and trademarks belong to us or the respective rights holders. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit; you grant us the right to process them to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data.

9. Changes and Termination

We may add, modify or discontinue features; you may stop using the Service at any time. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
